Day-of Coordination - starting at $1500:

We will connect by phone/email/video chat leading up to the event to go over all the details and specifics; you are welcome to ask questions or seek advice throughout the process. Prior to the event, we will also meet in-person (preferably at the event space) to review timelines, confirm set-up locations, and cover any outstanding issues. On event day, I will be your point-person and will manage all the background details to ensure things run smoothly!

Corporate Events - starting at $2500:

Entertainment sourcing, silent auction coordination, seating charts, set-up, promotional materials, sponsor packages. Whatever the size or nature of your event, I can help make it a success. This can include day-of coordination services.

Wedding Assistance - averages $3750:

This is a great option for those who have a plan but need help making it happen - finding the right venue, vendors and services; creating signage and seating plans; adding embellishments and unique details that make your day unforgettable. I will help you and your partner stay on budget while still achieving your goals, create and follow a timeline to keep everything on track, and offer advice and suggestions at every step to bring your vision to life. This option includes day-of coordination services .

Full Wedding Planning & Coordination - averages $7500:

You’re engaged! Now what… I’m here to help. There are so many options and opportunities to design your day exactly the way you want it; together we can determine a personalized style and aesthetic and work out the details that are important to you and your partner. We will come up with a budget, source all the requirements, stick to a timeline, and create the perfect setting for your milestone. This option includes creative DIY solutions, hands-on creation and preparation of key decorative components, and additional preparation services for special requests. This option includes day-of coordination services.

Organization: Timeline-tracking, list-making, and knolling (the process of arranging objects so they are parallel or at 90-degree angles) are key tricks to this trade. In addition to event planning, I’m happy to offer organizational skills for whatever home or office projects where you might need a hand. Costs for these services are offered on a case-by-case basis, and contracts can be drawn up specifically to fit your needs.
